Shipping

1. We currently deliver across the UAE and GCC Regions (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman)

2. Payment can be made via Debit or Credit cards, or you may request a payment link.

3. We will only initiate the shipping once payment has been made in full. 

4. Delivery to all emirates will take 2-4 business days, and GCC Regions will take 5-8 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. 

5. We outsource our delivery service to a local UAE company, therefore they are not allowed to perform any exchanges or returns without prior confirmation.

6. Orders 100 AED and above will not incur any delivery charges within the UAE

7. Orders below 100 AED will incur a delivery charge of 10 AED across the UAE.
