Shipping

1. We deliver worldwide across the UAE and GCC Regions (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman). If your country does not come up for shipping costs, contact us for a quote. 

2. Payment can be made via Debit or Credit cards, or you may request a payment link.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) is only applicable in the UAE.

4. We will only initiate the shipping once payment has been made in full, except for COD orders in the UAE. 

5. Delivery to all emirates will take 2-4 business days, and GCC Regions will take 5-8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Worldwide would vary depending on the country.  

6. We outsource our delivery service to a local UAE company, therefore, they are not allowed to perform any exchanges or returns without prior confirmation.

7. Orders 150 AED and above will not incur any delivery charges within the UAE

8. Orders below 150 AED will incur a delivery charge of 10 AED across the UAE.
